How the tiers work
An equipment's tier is the share of its hero's attacks that wore it: S from 60%, A from 35%, B from 20%, C from 10% and D below.
Its three-star rate is shown but doesn't set the tier, since it mostly comes from the army it's used with.
A hero needs 100 attacks for its equipment to be listed, and an equipment needs 100 attacks to show a three-star rate.
It updates every hour from the ranked attacks we track, over the last 7 days.
